Witnesseth that they the said John Powers and Mary his wife for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred and forty Dollars to them in hand paid doth bargain and Sell unto the said JOSIAS LAMBERT and his heirs one certain tract or parcel of Land lying in the County aforesaid being part of a Tract of six hundred acres granted by Patent to said John Powers Situate on the Waters of ANN MOORS RUN and Bounded as follows Doth ___ _____ Beginning ... Containing one hundred and fifty four Acres ... to the said JOSIAH LAMBERT and his heirs that they the said John Powers and Prudence his Wife and their Heirs the said one hundred and fifty four acres of Land with its appurtenances unto the said JOSIAH LAMBERT and his heirs against all persons whatsoever. Will forever Warrant and defend.
