Arah Matilda CURRENT and William James HESSER were married on 24 Dec 1854 in the home of Arah's parents. William James HESSER²³⁷ (son of Samuel HESSER and Elizabeth CAYLOR) was born on 22 Nov 1834 in Washington C. H., Fayette, Ohio.²³⁸ He was a second postmaster of Redkey.³³ He was a florist and fruit grower.²³⁹ He died in probably California.²³⁹ Arah Matilda CURRENT and William James HESSER had the following children:
