Malinda died on 19 March 1935, she was 96, in Lincoln County, Oklahoma, probably Agra, Oklahoma as well. I know some people have her death listed as Aug 5, 1910, but that was her sister Rebecca Bailey DeMoss. I have a picture of Rebecca's tombstone as evidence.

Malinda Jane BAILEY and William G. W. (Maxon) MAXSON were married on 9 Feb 1860 in Ritchie, Virginia. William G. W. (Maxon) MAXSON (son of Thomas A. MAXSON and Mary Ann WILLIAMS) was born on 28 Apr 1838 in Harrison, Virginia. He died on 7 Oct 1918 in Agra, Osage Township, Lincoln, Oklahoma. He was buried at (formerly known as) Soonerville Cemetery., near Agra, Lincoln, Oklahoma.

Enlisted August 15, 1862 in the 15th Volun teer Infantry, Company D, Union
Army. Discharged as 4th Corporal on June 14, 1865.
