Chester ran a small business out of his home repairing TVs, radios, etc. He loved electronics like his brother Elston.

It is unknown why Chester gave his daughter the same name as Elston's daughter or even which daughter was born first.

Chester Marion (Chet) OTTOSEN and BABE were married after 1938. Chester Marion (Chet) OTTOSEN and BABE had the following children:
