Happy 4th of July Everyone! Thank you to Joe & the City of Lake Helen Works Department for trimming the big tree in our warm up area, and surrounding area’s!! |
The show will start following the parade with Announcements, Grand Entry, Posting
of Flags, National Anthem, and special performances by member Bailey Dotten, &
her Trick Horse Chance, and a 4-H Drill Team, “Reflections of Perfection.” HAPPY 4TH OF JULY & MAY THE HORSE BE WITH YOU! (Because of all of the prep work being done by so many volunteers - including the West Volusia Saddle Club - Karen didn’t have much time to write for The City Observer. Who could blame her? The WVSC raised a significant amount of money for the city and is now preparing the horse arena for the show and events to be held on the 4th. Watch for these wonderful club members in the parade and stop by at the arena to check out the events on the 4th of July. - Pat) |
The events planned for the July 4th show are Barrels, Poles, Pylon Alley, Rollback,
and time permitting, one Fun event, the Catalog Race. |
