Wanted:
Home Tour Volunteers
The steering committee for the Lake Helen Christmas Home Tour is looking for volunteers to help out on the days of the tour December 3rd &4th from 12:30-5:30p.m. Volunteer participation has made all our past tours a huge success so please consider being a part of this fun week-end. As a thank you for participating, anyone volunteering one afternoon will receive a free token to take the tour the opposite day.

Volunteers are needed to act as hosts and hostesses in each tour home, ticket checkers at each tour stop, refreshment servers at Hopkins Hall, parking helpers, train and bus guides, holiday decorators and lots and lots of cookie bakers.

So please help us publicize the tour by inviting friends and family. By volunteering or taking the tour, you are indirectly helping the whole community of Lake Helen.
All profit goes for equipment and programs at our Library and for special projects in our community. Past tours donated to our local food bank, gave at least $1500 each tour to our Library, provided restoration lighting and landscaping for Hopkins Hall, donated historical street signs, gave $2000 to the Melissa Park bathroom project, restored the piano and bought Christmas decorations for Hopkins Hall etc. etc.
