Lets not forget to support the Outside the Gate Food Ministry, Blake Baptist Church and Heavenly Manna Bread Ministry, which all help support families in our community.

Of course, I�m thinking of my stomach again so don�t forget Brecht�s will have fresh turkeys, spiral hams and every kind of roast you can think of, for the holidays. Our Creative Arts Caf� will be offering new activities sometime after the 1st of the year, hopefully to help work off some pounds.

I just want to wish all a happy and joyous holiday, and we should all remember the birthday of Christ. So, lets be jolly and giving even when we wear out from decorating and eating, just remember we still have each other.

Yep, its that time of year again. Boy we just finished stuffing ourselves with turkey so now its time to get ready for Christmas!

Which means now we stuff stockings, or whatever our druthers are - you know what I am saying. Lets not forget the Christmas Tree Lighting at Blake Park, which will be on the 1st of Dec., with Santa arriving in the fire truck. Our Volusia Pines Elementary School will be choiring the event starting at 7:00 P.M. Wow! There will be free cider, popcorn and candy canes.

Now hold on there is more to come like the wonderful Home Tour will be on the 5th and 6th, the Christmas Ball on the 12th of Dec., and our Xmas Parade on the 13th. Gee, I�ve got to get a bigger calendar.
