Artists Studio Tour By Marge Clauser

Be sure to mark your calendar for the first ever Lake Helen Artists Studio Tour. This is going to be a fun and enlightening event. We have so many talented artists in Lake Helen – you may be quite surprised to find out just what goes on behind those closed studio doors.

There will be seven studios – most have never opened their doors to the public before – and eleven artists. The art presented will range from fiber arts to water colors, with basketry, mosaics, jewelry, handcrafted soap, collage and more in the milieu.

All of the studios are in Lake Helen. A map will be available as we get closer to the date of the tour.

Just to give you a peek at a beautiful as well as unusual piece of art, pictured is “Spirit Maiden” by gourd artist Beverly Dease. This is just one style of the works of art you can see and purchase during the free event.
